We collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation, telephone number and any message submitted through our forms. When material is downloaded, we may also record the time and the page where the details were provided.

We also use web analytics to understand how the website is used. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

We process your information to give you access to requested material, respond to enquiries about advisory services or speaking engagements, and—if you have actively subscribed—to send our newsletter.

Downloading a document does not automatically add you to a newsletter or mailing list.

We retain information for as long as it is needed for its purpose, and for no more than 24 months after the most recent contact. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

We never sell your information. It is stored by our website, database and email service providers, who process it only on our behalf.

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and to object to its processing. Contact louise.edholm@engco.se and we will handle your request.
